Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients we will help you file your dental insurance.  We do NOT participate in any network and yet we still help you file your insurance forms.  We do not accept insurance as payment.  You are required to pay for services as rendered and allow your insurance company to reimburse you as your policy dictates.
